Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. As a native I’ve seen this city change in so many ways over the years. Honored to be nominated this year as I truly care about my city and the people in it.

I never initially wanted to sell real estate and only wanted to invest. I got started with my first flip and got licensed shortly after when I realized there was a need for knowledgeable agents and brokers who could advise people on real estate investment. To date I’ve done over 50 flips, 5 new construction, and helped more than 400 people buy, sell, or invest in our city. 

Last year I started my brokerage RATLIFF… and look forward to being a part of this cities growth and culture for years to come along side the great agents I’ve hired or had the pleasure of working with.
