Hi! I'm Dr. Carly Oberbeck, welcome to East Nashville Pelvic Health!

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and mom to one sweet little girl. I have been a clinician for 10 years and am passionate about treating women's pelvic floor health.

I have always loved fitness and have tried everything from running marathons, to CrossFit, to yoga, you name it!

I'm passionate about helping women nurture and strengthen their bodies during their perinatal time, and committed to helping you build a strong foundation as a healthy and active mother.

Unfortunately good information about pelvic floor health gets lost in the noise and bad advise floating around the internet. This is where I step in!

I am committed to bringing you education, support, and guidance on all things pelvic floor related to help you thrive during this season of life.
