The Caldwell Inn

The Caldwell Inn is a beautiful southern mansion built in the late 1800's by Dr. Caldwell, one of Milan's first doctors.   After years of history played out in those rooms, the property stands as a cherished reminder of Milan's glory days.  The inn is now a stately southern mansion boasting 5 beautifully appointed king bedrooms, inviting living areas, a state of the art caterer's kitchen and vibrant gardens.  The soft color palette and vintage decor throughout the inn will make you want to unpack your bags and stay forever!  Adjacent to the inn is The Carriage House reception hall and the open-air Caldwell Pavilion ready for your celebration to begin.  Just down the inviting path from the mansion is The Paddock, the outdoor ceremony site.  Here you can walk down the aisle under the shade trees.  And if you prefer an indoor ceremony, The Caldwell Chapel is a perfect space to say "I Do".  The Caldwell Chapel was built in 1876 and has been beautifully updated while keeping it's vintage charm.  It is a classic white chapel nestled in the woods and makes a perfect backdrop for some pictures that will be treasured forever.  And there is more.  "Walt" the Caldwell Trolley will take the bride, groom and wedding party to and from the chapel for a fun ride and another photo op.
