As Licensed Massage Therapists, we use a variety of therapeutic techniques and clinical knowledge to address chronic pain, muscle tension, injury recovery, mobility limitations, and the everyday physical stresses that can take a toll on the body. 

We also have Certified Spinal Flow Practitioners. Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, non-invasive approach designed to work with the nervous system and help the body release physical, chemical, and emotional stress that may contribute to pain, dis-ease and illness.

Whether you need therapeutic massage to address a specific area of pain, support during injury recovery, or a gentler approach to help your body relax and regulate, we meet you where you are.
