Helping others through real estate sales allows me to fulfill this passion.  What does this mean for my clients?  As a Realtor® with over 25 years of residential real estate experience, my role of making the buying and selling process efficient, smooth, and fun while providing excellent service and producing remarkable results is only a part of the experience.  Having my client’s best interest at heart means that I take time to truly listen and understand each one’s unique needs and desires while utilizing my proven systems. 

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and lifestyles are created personally. For over 20 years I worked primarily with the sales and marketing of new construction as an on-site expert for many of Middle Tennessee's finest custom home builders and developers such as:  Legend Homes, Barlow Builders, Schumacher Homes, Stonegate Homes, Davis Construction, Castle Homes, CPS Land and Southern Land Company.  Helping over 500 families design and build their custom home lifestyle has been my privilege and joy. This background has been the foundation on which I have built my general real estate business, working with both buyers and sellers throughout the Nashville, TN area and surrounding communities.  Specializing in luxury home sales, senior transitions, and new construction, I am honored to be one of only 75 agents locally to have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation and to be a member of the Million Dollar Guild. Our paths may have even crossed in such cities as Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville and College Grove, where I have been on the sales and development teams of some of Middle Tennessee's most successful residential developments including: Witherspoon, Enclave at Carronbridge, Windstone, Westhaven, The Grove, Laurelbrooke, Govenor’s Club, Taramore, and Richland Hall.

Being a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and active member of the community, I enjoy helping you find resources such as a doctor, hairdresser, new favorite restaurant, hiking spot or dog park.  This added service adds to the lifestyle my clients envision.  I stay “in the know” regarding local events, festivals and area happenings which I pass along to my clients in my monthly newsletter.  This is probably why over 95% of my business comes from past client’s referrals.  Originally from Michigan, I moved to Nashville in 1995, and am proud to call Middle Tennessee my home.  After graduating with honors from Western Michigan University's business school earning a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and Communication, I held the position of Marketing Product Manager at the Kirsch Company.  My strong marketing skills, analytical ability and passion for client satisfaction were a natural fit for my move into real estate when I came to Tennessee.

My beautiful lifestyle allows me to enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and a variety of activities like hiking, Zumba fitness, gardening, interior design, traveling to new places with my loving husband, Ron, and cheering on my favorite sports teams – Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators and Nashville SC.  You will often find me having fun attending local events and participating in organizations such as St. Philip Catholic Church, Anointing Fire Youth Ministry, Greater Nashville Realtors and various charity organizations like Habitat for Humanity, WCAR Community Outreach Committee and One Generation.  Helping give back to the community is a vital part of my lifestyle and while serving as an Ambassador for the Make A Wish Foundation, I donate a portion of every real estate transaction to help support Make A Wish in the name of my clients.  As you can see I am passionate about what I do and the part I am honored to play in the lives of so many.  I am proud to call Nashville home and am blessed to work in this great community as a full-time real estate professional.  Along with Parks Realty, I can provide you with the tools and resources to make buying and selling a home a beautiful experience.  Let’s discover your beautiful lifestyle today!
