I understand the pull to stay home and raise your children while also having personal ambitions. When I first started in real estate, I couldn't find a brokerage that allowed me the flexibility for my family AND the training/resources I needed to succeed in this business. So I started my own. My hope for my brokerage is to allow women the opportunity to contribute financially to their households and be the main caretakers for their children if they so choose.
