Without Fear is a Chattanooga-based coaching and end-of-life education company built around one powerful belief: when we stop pretending we have forever, we start living differently.

Founded by Alexis Hughes, Without Fear uses mortality awareness not to create fear, but to create clarity. Through life coaching, end-of-life doula services, speaking, retreats, education, and corporate consulting, Alexis helps individuals, families, and organizations confront the conversations most people avoid—and turn them into meaningful action.

Without Fear’s approach is bold, compassionate, and deeply human. There are no platitudes, no pressure to perform healing, and no pretending that grief, change, or dying are neat and tidy. Instead, clients are given the space and tools to identify what matters, make intentional decisions, establish meaningful boundaries, and live—and eventually die—on their own terms. That philosophy carries from the bedside to the boardroom.

At its heart, Without Fear is about more than death. It is about refusing to wait for a crisis, diagnosis, loss, or deathbed to finally start living a life that feels true.
