The company was started by David Lampley in 1992 as a dream to provide a better life and future for his family. The company has since grown from a one-man operation to a dedicated team exceeding 100 people so that we can continue to provide excellent quality homes.

We are a licensed General Contractor specializing in custom, semi-custom, and spec homes and light commercial projects. We handle every step of the process and pride ourselves on having open communication with you along the way. 

Full-Service Excavation

The excavation crew works on building pads, driveways, footings, grading, underground utilities, and septic systems. Are you a contractor needing excavation for your home build? Or are you building your home with a different contractor? We can still serve you! The Lampley’s Building excavation unit can be booked as an independent service. 

Custom Carpentry

The carpentry crew works on new builds, renovations, additions, and any custom projects. Whether you are a contractor working with a client on a project for their home or a homeowner wanting to make your custom cabinetry a reality, we can help! The Lampley's Building carpentry unit comes with our custom home builds and can be booked as an independent service.
