Elvis Has Entered Franklin!
You don’t have to drive to Memphis to feel the gravitational pull of Elvis Presley this spring. From March 19-22, The Factory at Franklin becomes the epicenter of rhinestones, rockabilly, and unmistakable swagger as the Nashville Elvis Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary.
For four days, the historic venue trades its usual creative bustle for something a little more blue suede. Elvis tribute artists from around the world take the stage, channeling the King through everything from the early Sun Records sound to the Vegas jumpsuit years. The result is less impersonation and more time travel, where one performance might feel like 1956 and the next like a sold-out Vegas residency.
What makes the festival stand out is the level of talent. These performers aren’t simply fans with pompadours and microphones; many are internationally-recognized tribute artists who have spent years studying Elvis’s voice, stage presence, and catalog. The result is a lineup of shows that are polished, energetic, and surprisingly emotional for anyone who grew up with the music.
Four Days of the King
The festival packs the schedule with concerts, competitions, and fan-friendly moments that keep the atmosphere buzzing from morning through late night.
Highlights throughout the weekend include:
• Live tribute concerts celebrating different eras of Elvis’s career, from the early rock hits to the orchestral Vegas years.
• Special guest appearances featuring insiders connected to Elvis’s career, offering stories and perspectives fans rarely hear firsthand.
• The Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, where top performers compete for the chance to advance to Graceland’s Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. For many artists, this stage is a stepping stone to the biggest Elvis competition in the world.
• Late-night after parties where the energy stays high long after the final curtain call.
A Festival Built for Fans
The Nashville Elvis Festival has grown steadily over the past decade, drawing longtime Elvis devotees along with curious newcomers who just want to experience the music live.
Set inside the industrial charm of The Factory at Franklin, the event feels intimate despite the international talent on stage. Between shows, guests mingle in the hallways, browse memorabilia, and swap favorite Elvis stories like old friends.
For a few days in March, the King’s music takes over Franklin. And judging by the crowds each year, the building is more than happy to let him in!
