First Baptist Church - Sevierville

We exist to glorify God and make disciples by helping people move from their point of need to hope in Christ. 

Our congregation reflects the diversity of Sevier County and the surrounding East Tennessee communities. We are a multi-generational church with infants through senior adults actively engaged in worship, discipleship, and service. We have young families, students, college-age adults, singles, working professionals, empty nesters, and retirees, with more than 70 Life Groups designed for various ages and stages of life.

Our community is unique because it includes lifelong local residents alongside many people who have recently relocated to the area for retirement, employment, or a new beginning. As the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, Sevier County also experiences significant tourism, creating opportunities to minister to both residents and visitors.

We seek to serve people from every walk of life—from children and young families to senior adults, from those firmly established in their faith to those exploring Christianity for the first time. Through ministries such as children, students, college and singles, men, women, Hispanic ministry, missions, and the Sevierville Ministry Village, we strive to help people move from their point of need to hope in Christ.
