CANDO Drainage and Grading specializes in diagnosing and correcting residential drainage and grading problems throughout Middle Tennessee. I take a drainage-first approach—before digging or recommending a product, I look at where the water is coming from, how much water we're dealing with, how the property is graded, and where that water can safely go. Solutions may include regrading, French drains, catch basins, downspout drainage, swales, erosion correction, or a combination of methods. With more than 20 years of hands-on excavation experience, I'm passionate about solving the actual cause of a water problem rather than simply installing a product. My goal is straightforward: explain the problem honestly, build a long-term solution, and do it right the first time.
