RMA Jiu Jitsu operates two inviting Tennessee studios—in Nolensville and Franklin’s Westhaven community—where experienced coaches guide students of all ages through structured weekly classes. From pee-wee and junior programs to beginner, advanced and no-gi adult sessions, each lesson is designed to build grappling skills, confidence and overall fitness. Newcomers are welcomed with trial classes in a supportive, community-driven atmosphere that feels more like family than a typical gym.
