S&V Physical Therapy & Wellness was built for people who need more than a standard therapy visit.

Founded by Dr. Megan Stinson, PT, DPT, CIES, S&V has become known for taking the time to unravel complicated cases, identify what may have been missed, and help people find a path forward when traditional approaches have not been enough. Our clinicians work with individuals across the lifespan—from children developing foundational skills to athletes working toward performance goals, adults navigating complex orthopedic or neurological conditions, and older adults determined to maintain their independence.

Our practice has particular expertise in complex and often underserved areas including hypermobility, Parkinson’s disease, balance and fall prevention, difficult orthopedic conditions, return to activity, and aging in place. Physical and occupational therapy services allow our team to address not simply a diagnosis, but the real-life demands that determine whether someone can safely work, compete, care for their family, remain in their home, or participate in the life they value.

S&V was intentionally designed differently. We believe excellent rehabilitation requires time to listen, clinical freedom to investigate, collaboration across disciplines, and the willingness to keep asking questions when an easy answer does not fit.
