Nakia Thomas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), an Imago Relationship Therapist in Training, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor in Mentorship, specializing in individual, couple, and blended family therapy. I am a systemically trained therapist using a blend of experiences, techniques, skills, and training to personalize and meet the needs of each client. Ever since I was young, I have had a passion for helping others. I believe being a Marriage and Family Therapist is my purpose and aligns with my core beliefs and values. My goal is to help bring awareness of mental health to our communities, remove the stigma of mental health, and encourage others to seek professional help
