Did you know that after a mom delivers her baby, she enters what’s called the 4th trimester? This postpartum period is a time of enormous adjustment — for both the mother stepping into her new role and the baby discovering an entirely new world.

That’s where I come in. I’m Lee Komet, founder of The 4th Trimester Mommy and Me. My passion is supporting mothers and babies during this transformative stage of life.

Through my work, I offer:

• Infant Massage (private and small group classes)
• Guided Developmental Workshops designed for babies of similar ages, focusing on both fine and gross motor skills
• Private Lessons & Developmental Assessments tailored to each family’s needs
• Mommy & Me Morning Gatherings, a weekly opportunity for moms to connect in a baby-friendly, safe, and supportive space

My mission is to nurture both mother and baby — fostering connection, confidence, and community. Every mom deserves a village, and every baby deserves the best start.
