Brwnskn Yoga

Brwnskn Yoga is a Memphis-based wellness organization dedicated to making yoga, mindfulness, and whole-person wellness accessible to communities of all ages and backgrounds. Through trauma-informed yoga, yoga therapy, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and mindfulness practices, Brwnskn Yoga partners with schools, healthcare organizations, corporations, community programs, and justice-impacted populations to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Founded by Certified Yoga Therapist Shawandra Ford, Brwnskn Yoga is committed to creating inclusive spaces where people can move, breathe, heal, and thrive.
