A Third Place Coffee & Books is more than just a café and bookstore—it’s a cornerstone of community life in Medina, TN. We were founded with one goal: to create a “third place,” a space outside of home and work where people can gather, connect, and feel a sense of belonging.

Our shop blends the warmth of a coffeehouse with the magic of a bookstore. Guests enjoy Nashville-roasted Skybear Coffee, locally sourced loose-leaf teas from High Garden, and pastries baked from scratch, all while surrounded by shelves of carefully curated books. Fantasy and imagination are at the heart of our identity—our dragon logo, whimsical décor, and enchanting atmosphere invite everyone to step into a world where creativity thrives.

We’re proud to showcase local artists, host book clubs and author events, and welcome pop-up vendors that highlight the talent of our region. As part of an initiative to revitalize downtown Medina, we’re committed not only to building community inside our walls, but also to contributing to the growth and vibrancy of our town.
