We are a Mother/Daughter Realtor Team with over 50 years of experience.  We were both born and raised and continue to live in the BEST PLACE TO BE, Wilson County, TN. We LOVE our community, in which both are very active and very involved. We have extensive knowledge in the Building, Buying & Selling of real estate. We were C&D Realty a "mom & pop" real estate & custom homes company for 30 years; In 2017, we merged with EXIT Rocky Top Realty which gave us the international edge to help buyers abroad as well as in the USA.  We have both been awarded recipients of the Realtor of the Year in 2002 & 2025. We have received the Realtor of Excellence Awards each year. We enjoy finding the right property that matches our buyers' wants & needs.
