Welcome to OUR-CHAOS where Greek Soul meets Southern Heart. We are a home-based, woman-owned micro-bakery building a community centered around the ultimate artisan experience and our Greek heritage! 

With a passion for bold flavors, quality ingredients, and wholesome foods, we strive to create delicious, high-quality baked goods that bring people together. Our recipes are crafted around organic, non-GMO, and premium ingredients. Every single item is baked to perfection in MyForno, an authentic Italian stone deck oven with real steam injection for that flawless, blistered crust and unmatched texture! 

Our ever-evolving product line features small-batch artisan sourdough baked goods and Greek treats.

Sourdough offerings include loaves with unique inclusions, handcrafted focaccias, sourdough cookies, and sourdough cinnamon rolls. Our latest creation, Sourdough Baklava Cinnamon Rolls, combines the rich flavors and textures of traditional Greek baklava with the indulgence of a freshly baked sourdough cinnamon roll.

On the other end of the spectrum, one of our most unique sourdough loaves is our Jalapeño, Serrano, Cheddar, and Everything Bagel Seasoning loaf, which strikes the perfect balance between flavor and heat.

Our Greek offerings include authentic Tsoureki, a traditional Greek sweet bread often shared during Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter, as well as Sokolatopita, a decadent Greek chocolate cake soaked in syrup and covered with a thin layer of chocolate ganache.
