Griffin Art Gallery, founded in October 2022 by artists James and Debbie Griffin, is housed in the historic 1870s Courthouse building on Main Street in Jonesborough, Tennessee. The gallery showcases vibrant original art, featuring James Griffin’s abstract‐realist Appalachian–inspired paintings alongside works by regional artists, and maintains a rotating monthly exhibition schedule. In addition to retailing original art, handmade jewelry, pottery, pressed‐flower glass and artist‐authored books, it offers “Painting with Expression” classes, writing workshops and hosts public events with free receptions and live music. The gallery also provides an email newsletter with new–art alerts, online resources and active social media engagement to support and connect the community.
