In 2018, when our son was diagnosed with large B-cell lymphoma, our family needed hope and something to look forward to. That spark came from his vision of one day opening a coffee shop and cocktail bar.

Fast forward to 2023, we turned that vision into reality by starting Brillo Beans Roasting Company in Chattanooga. Named after his grandfather, “Brillo,” the brand celebrates family, resilience, and community. We roast high-quality, single-origin coffees like Grandaddy’s Roast and Brillo’s Full Fuel, and Brillo’s Peak, sharing stories with every bag.

Beyond coffee, Brillo Beans gives back—partnering with local businesses and supporting charities that help children and families facing serious illness.

Today, Brillo Beans isn’t just about roasting coffee. It’s about hope, family, and a community that cares.
