East Tennessee Title & Escrow was founded in January 2020 by Elizabeth Malone. She had a dream of helping East Tennesseans buy and sell property—and get the little things right the first time! Since then, the team has grown to six people, and they’ve been busier than ever providing necessary services in Greeneville and beyond.
