At Mpact Sports, we believe in empowering individuals of all ages through movement, discipline, and community. Founded by Eric and Dee Ann Melton, our journey began over 22 years ago, driven by a passion for martial arts, fitness, and family. Eric, the 1992 World Welterweight Kickboxing Champion with black belts in four martial arts styles, brings his expertise to teach a unique blend of Taekwondo, self-defense, and street- smart skills. Dee Ann, a 2nd-degree Black Belt, former athlete, and amateur bodybuilder, leads the way as CEO, fostering a dynamic and welcoming environment for all.

Inspired by their own children's competitive gymnastics background, the Melton's built Mpact Sports as a place where gymnastics where gymnastics, tumbling, and martial arts converge. Today, Mpact offers a diverse range of programs including martial arts, fight club/boxing, cheerleading, ninja/tricking/parkour, aerial silks, trampoline, adult fitness, preschool gymnastics and more. Our Exciting events like Birthday Parties, Nerf Wars, Camps, and Clinics ensure that there's always something fun for the whole family. 

Our Vision is simple: offer small class sizes with expert coaching in a clean, safe, and supportive environment that feels like a second home. Mpact Sports is more than just a gym- its a community. Many of our athletes and families have been with us from childhood into adulthood, and now, they return with children of their own.
