Havenwell Pilates

Havenwell Pilates is a boutique studio in Franklin, Tennessee, specializing in movement for people living in complex bodies, including those with spinal fusions, scoliosis, chronic pain, and lingering injuries. Founded and led by Allie Myszka, who teaches from her own experience with a spinal fusion, Havenwell brings a rare, firsthand understanding of what it means to move in a body that needs a little extra care.

At Havenwell, there’s no intimidating fitness culture or one-size-fits-all workouts. The studio offers private, personalized Pilates sessions in Franklin and virtually over Zoom, along with an on-demand video library clients can move through at their own pace. Every class includes modifications for different mobility levels, so students feel strong and supported no matter where they’re starting from.
