SunGlo Aesthetics was created by Mia Reddick-Smith with a simple philosophy: great skincare should be personal, intentional, and designed for the individual—not a one-size-fits-all experience.

As a licensed esthetician and the owner of SunGlo Aesthetics in Franklin, Tennessee, Mia specializes in customized skincare experiences with a particular passion for helping women care for their skin as it changes through different seasons of life. Her approach combines professional skincare expertise, education, corrective treatments, and genuine connection to help clients achieve healthier, more confident skin.

At SunGlo, every appointment begins with understanding the client—their skin concerns, lifestyle, goals, sensitivities, and previous experiences with skincare. Treatments are then thoughtfully customized rather than simply selected from a standard menu. From mature and sensitive skin to acne, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin health, Mia focuses on creating realistic treatment plans and helping clients understand how to care for their skin beyond the treatment room.

But SunGlo is about more than skincare. Mia believes self-care is an important part of overall wellness, particularly for women who spend so much of their lives taking care of careers, families, businesses, and everyone around them. She has intentionally created SunGlo as a space where clients can prioritize themselves while receiving professional, results-focused care.

Mia also brings a unique perspective to her work as an accomplished healthcare executive and educator with more than 20 years of leadership experience. That background influences the professionalism, education, attention to detail, and client experience she brings to SunGlo every day.
