Camellia Chocolates

As Southern Middle TN's first bean-to-bar chocolate factory, we are honored to be nominated for the Best of Tennessee awards!

At Camellia Chocolates, everything is handcrafted with simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We make our small-batch chocolate with just two ingredients: Ecuadorian cacao from a single family farm, and organic turbinado sugar. Our seasonal baked goods feature our chocolate, and we love serving our signature hot chocolate in the shop.

Camellias hold special meaning to us — as both the flower that symbolizes love and devotion, and our family heritage, with founder Christine's grammy coining her "Camellia Face" in her youth.

With a vision for Craft Chocolate for All, we believe that chocolate can be enjoyed every day, and that chocolate is how we build community. I'd love to see you at the shop soon!
