Fabled Farm Rescue & Sanctuary

Fabled Farm Rescue & Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue located in Middle Tennessee, dedicated to giving animals a safe place to land and a place to belong.

Founded in 2021 by April Hollingsworth and Bryan Krieger, Fabled Farm specializes in helping animals who are often the hardest to place, including seniors, animals with special needs, and bonded pairs and groups. What began with a desire to help animals who had nowhere else to go has grown into a thriving rescue and sanctuary serving hundreds of animals throughout Tennessee and beyond.

Today, Fabled Farm provides rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and lifelong sanctuary to a wide variety of animals, including horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, poultry, cats, and kittens. Its kitten rescue program also provides specialized care for some of the most vulnerable kittens, from bottle babies to those requiring intensive medical support.

Fabled Farm is entirely volunteer-run and donor-funded. From daily animal care and veterinary treatment to building specialized spaces for animals with disabilities, the organization is powered by a community of people who believe every animal deserves safety, dignity, and the opportunity for a good life.

At the heart of Fabled Farm is a simple idea: you don't have to do everything to change something. One animal, one volunteer, one donor, and one act of kindness at a time can create a life-changing difference.
