Grabel’s Bagels

Grabel’s Bagels is a Chattanooga-based bagel company making hand-rolled bagels with simple, real ingredients. Every bagel is mixed, shaped, boiled, and baked by hand to capture the classic New York–style chew and flavor. We don’t use preservatives, fillers, or shortcuts. Just honest methods and quality ingredients, with non-GMO and organic sourcing wherever possible.

Our bagels are sold frozen by the half-dozen so you can keep them fresh at home, ready to toast or bake off whenever you need them. Whether plain, everything, Asiago, or one of our seasonal flavors, each batch reflects the same care and consistency. Grabel’s Bagels has grown quickly through local farmers markets, coffee shops, and delis, and we’re proud to be part of Chattanooga’s food community.
