Brentwood Pelvic Health

Dr. Loeffel graduated with honors in 2000 from The University of South Alabama. She has spent decades as a skilled rehabilitation provider before specializing in pelvic health. In 2017 she pursued a full pelvic health certification which included over a year of study with online discussion, assignments, tests, and six onsite labs with hands-on techniques and skill checks.

Brentwood Pelvic Health was established to provide expert care to anyone struggling with any orthopedic issue or pelvic dysfunction and to provide specialty care during pregnancy and postpartum to prevent pain and prepare the body for these changes.

Brentwood Pelvic health is set apart as we strive to provide expert care during pregnancy and postpartum and across the lifespan as pelvic health needs change. We desire to be providers women trust for any help rehabilitating in youth, during pregnancy, in their 30s-50s, into menopause, and on into the postmenopausal years.

We are also set apart for the care of complex hip and spinal pain which often involves an involved understanding of biomechanics of the ribcage, pelvis, hip and associated musculature. 

We treat kids, adolescents, women, and men. Dr. Loeffel utilizes dry needling and therapeutic ultrasound to treat painful issues breastfeeding mothers may encounter. In early October we will be adding rehabilitative ultrasound to help provide more thorough care, and this will provide direct biofeedback for clients to help with muscle recruitment as well as relaxation. Exercise programming is offered for those clients who no longer need physical therapy but who need assistance with safe and progressive exercise programming with a longevity focus.
